Brightstack runs in the browser. There is nothing to download and nothing to install: create an account, and Bright is ready to work.

Create your account

Takes about a minute.

Take the Quickstart

Zero to one real issue in about five minutes.

  1. Open app.brightstack.ai/sign-up.
  2. Choose a Username, enter your Email address, and set a Password. Select Show password to check what you typed.
  3. Select Continue. Prefer GitHub? Select Continue with GitHub and sign up with your GitHub account instead.
Already have an account? Select Sign in. You can sign in with an email address or username, use a phone number, continue with GitHub, or use a passkey.
Brightstack is web-only by design. No desktop binary, no CLI install, no platform matrix to check.

What happens next

Bright seeds a short set of onboarding issues into your new workspace. They walk you through connecting your accounts (Google, Slack, GitHub), turning a first idea into a plan, and taking it through a build loop. Each one carries a prompt that starts with “Ask Bright to”, ready to paste into chat. You do not need them to get value fast. The Quickstart starts from zero.

Troubleshooting

  • An invite link expired. Ask the person who invited you to send a new invite from workspace Settings, then open the new link.
  • Signed in to the wrong workspace. Your account can belong to more than one organization. Use the organization switcher at the top to move between them.
  • Continue with GitHub fails. Sign up with an email address instead, then connect GitHub from the Apps page when you need it.

Next step

Start the Quickstart. It picks up where signup leaves off: one account, one chat, one real issue.
