Settings is where the workspace’s standing configuration lives: who is in the organization, where agent work goes by default, and what your plan includes. Open Settings from the workspace navigation. Every section keeps a context chat beside its form, so you can ask about the screen you are on.

Profile

  • Account shows your signed-in identity. Manage opens account and sign-in management.
  • Instructions holds standing guidance that every session in this organization receives, up to 2,000 characters. The box is scoped to this organization: a teammate keeps their own, and your other organizations keep theirs.
  • Clearing instructions warns you first, because the text is gone once saved.

Build

  • Default organization and Default repository decide where agents work when a turn does not say otherwise.
  • Environment variables carry credentials a run needs: create an environment, then add variables or paste a complete .env file.

Organization

  • Members lists the people in the organization and their roles: Member or Admin.
  • Invite a teammate by email and pick their role. Admins manage the organization; Members work in it.

Labels

Create, rename, recolor, and delete the labels issues use. Label hygiene is cheaper here than in the issue list: retire labels nothing uses before someone filters by them.

Doc tags

The Tags section manages the tags that organize documents. Names run up to 32 characters.

Billing

Billing shows your current plan and its price per month, with a Manage plan control. Plans, prices, and limits change; read them on the screen rather than from any page that quotes them, including this one.

What belongs in instructions, and what does not

If guidance should shape every future session in this organization, put it in Profile instructions: communication style, standing technical context, the conventions the team works by. If it applies only to the task in front of you, say it in the chat instead.
